Last night, something beautiful happened.
Tony and I went out for dinner, expecting a cozy night with friends and family—but as the Universe often does, it had other plans for my soul. A gentleman sitting at the table next to us struck up conversation. Just casual small talk at first, but as the evening unfolded, something clicked. We laughed, shared stories, and by the end of the meal, I felt like I had just crossed paths with someone meant to be there.
At one point, he noticed my sweatshirt—the one with my blog logo, LexTalk.blog. He asked about it. I shared my story—how the blog started, what it means to me, what I hope it brings to others. He listened intently, genuinely curious. And then, he said something that stopped me in my tracks:

“Your story is inspiring.”
I could’ve cried.
Turns out, he’s a well-known radio broadcaster in our local area—something Tony realized right away when he introduced himself. He was dining with, I assume, his wife—both of them kind, warm, and open. The kind of people who leave a mark without even trying. I left dinner feeling inspired, hopeful, and strangely seen.
Naturally, when I got home, I reached for my Work Your Light oracle deck. Spirit was already whispering, and I needed clarity. I pulled four cards:

Mintakan
“Longing for home. Belonging. The original lightworkers.”
This card reminded me that people like me—those who feel a deep soul pull to create, share, and connect—often feel like outsiders until we begin to meet our soul tribe. That dinner conversation was a sign: I’m not as alone as I sometimes think. My light is reaching people.
The Age of Light
“You’ve been training for this for lifetimes.”
I got chills reading this one. The Universe felt loud and clear. This path I’m on—sharing my truth through LexTalk—isn’t new. It’s something I’ve been preparing for lifetime after lifetime. And now? It’s all aligning. I needed that validation more than I realized.
Boundaries
“Where do you need to establish better boundaries?”
With every burst of growth comes the reminder to protect your energy. This card wasn’t a warning—it was a reminder. That as my light expands, I get to decide where it shines. It’s okay to be selective. Sacred, even.
Soul Family
“Call in your tribe. You don’t have to do it alone.”
This one nearly made me cry. I’ve often felt out of place since moving to California—like I’m floating between who I was and who I’m becoming. But this card told me what I needed to hear: my people are coming. Maybe they’re already here. Maybe I met two of them at dinner last night.
Final Thoughts
I share this not just because it was a beautiful night, but because maybe you’ve had moments like this too—where a random encounter turns into a gentle reminder from the Universe that you matter. That your story, your voice, your presence makes a difference.
If you’ve been doubting your path, let this be a sign. The right people will find you. Your energy speaks even before you do. So show up. Wear your story on a sweatshirt. Be brave enough to share.
Because someone out there needs your light.

With love and lunar blessings,
Lex
